Australian singer-songwriter Courtney Barnett is releasing new music — and she’s going on tour to celebrate. Barnett will head to Nashville for the tour this fall.
“Need A Little Time” is Barnett’s newest single from her forthcoming album and we can’t get enough. If we didn’t love the song enough, we also love watching her play her guitar in outer space in the song’s new visual.
This song is the first taste of her sophomore album, Tell Me How You Really Feel. If this new single is any indication of what we can expect, we’re all ears. The album is set for a May 18 release and she’ll get to play the new tunes on her tour.
Barnett just announced an extensive North American tour. She’ll hit the road with her full band and these will be some of her biggest shows ever. Those dates include music festivals like Pitchfork, Shaky Knees, Forecastle and more. On Oct. 25, the Aussie will head to Nashville to perform at Marathon Music Works for one night only. Tickets go on sale at 10 AM on Marathon’s website and they range in prices from $30 – $60.
