Tullamore D.E.W. is a brand of Irish Whiskey produced by William Grant & Sons. It was founded back in 1892 and, since then, has remained the only international Irish whiskey to blend all three types of Irish whiskey. Doing this makes their whiskey three times smoother! So it’s no wonder we recommend this particular brand for St. Patrick’s Day.
Grab a bottle of Tullamore D.E.W. and mix up a batch of these Irish Gold Rush cocktails for your St. Patty’s Day. The Irish Gold Rush was created by the whiskey brand’s ambassador, Tim Herlihy.
Irish Gold Rush
2 parts Tullamore D.E.W.
3/4 parts Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 parts Honey Syrup
Lemon Twist
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake until well chilled or approximately 10 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass and garnish with a lemon twist. Cheers!
