CMA Fest just announced the performers for their 2018 Close Up stage. Fans can get up close and personal with Dierks Bentley, Garth Brooks, Luke Bryan, Kelsea Ballerini and Dustin Lynch at the Xfinity Fan Fair X event.
Xfinity Fan Fair X is CMA Fest’s “Ultimate Country Music Fan Experience.” It allows country music lovers to get close to their favorite artists. This year, it returns to Music City Center June 7 through June 10 from 9:30 AM to 5 PM. It’s a big hit every year and a fan favorite is the CMA Close Up stage. Every day, that stage spotlights one artist and gives fans a look at their careers. Bentley will appear on Thursday, Bryan on Friday, Lynch and Brooks on Saturday and Ballerini on Sunday.
There’s a lot more that happens on the Close Up stage during CMA Fest. The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum will interview 2018 inductee Ricky Skaggs. CMT’s Leslie Fram will host “The Making of Words” with Sara Evans, producer Mark Bright and songwriters Victoria Banks and Emily Shackleton. Storme Warren will host a look at Tracy Lawrence’s career titled, “Good Ole Days.” Naomi Judd‘s “How to Survive Anything” and a Bluebird Cafe songwriters round are also on the schedule.
Find everything you need to know about CMA Fest on their official website (they also have an app!). Stay tuned to Nashville Noise, we’ll be right in the middle of the action during the festival.
