Cassadee Pope to Host Nashville Humane’s 2019 Unleashed Event

Cassadee Pope is going even further to help Nashville Humane. The Grammy-nominated artist is hosting their 9th Annual Unleashed: Dinner with your Dog event. This year’s event happens Feb. 2 at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel.

“This year’s event will be bigger and better than ever,” Laura Chavarria, NHA’s Executive Director says. “We’re so lucky to have Pedigree back as our presenting sponsor and an amazing talent like Cassadee Pope as our host. Not only is she a world-renowned performing artist, she’s an all-star friend to shelter pets and Nashville Humane Association.”

The 2019 Unleashed event, co-chaired by Marcia Masulla and Staci Trimm, features cocktails, dinner and dessert. There will also be an adorable dog runway show and live/silent auctions. Pope will host all the fun in the hotel’s main ballroom. The event begins at 6:30 PM.

“Already in it’s ninth year, Unleashed is one of NHA’s largest fundraising events,” explains Marcia Masulla, Unleashed creator and 2019 co-chair. “From Critter Camp for kiddos, to low-cost spay and neuter clinics, to adopting nearly 4,000 animals annually, NHA is entirely gift-based and events like Unleashed works to support all of the good work they do.”

Unleashed’s runway show will feature all kinds of lovable dogs that are available for adoption at Nashville Humane Association. They’ll be guided by Nashville celebrities, friends and supporters of the shelter. Guests are encouraged to bring their dogs to the event that’s guaranteed to be a fun evening for all friends (and furry friends).

The silent and live auction will include gifts and services that have been donated by local businesses. The proceeds will benefit NHA.
