This June, Queen Elizabeth will celebrate a Platinum Jubilee recognizing 70 years of service. From June 2 through 5, Britain will enjoy four days of national celebrations. In The Hermitage Hotel’s tradition of honoring iconic female leaders, guests are invited to break out their fanciest fascinators and most colorful hats on June 5, for a special Jubilee version of its famed Afternoon Tea service.
This special tea will have a decidedly British flavor. Guests will enjoy a classic English tea service with all the trimmings, from buttermilk scones with lemon curd to cucumber finger sandwiches, macaroons, and of course, champagne to toast Her Majesty. In addition, there will be a menu of colorful custom cocktails inspired by the queen
