Today we celebrate birthday boy Blake Shelton! We’re throwing it back to a few years ago on his 42nd birthday when Gwen Stefani sang him a birthday song.
“B day weekend has begun,” Stefani wrote on her Instagram story over the visual. In the short clip, she’s loudly singing “Happy Birthday” to the birthday boy with a table full of people. While she sings, she pans around the table, showing off a shiny sparkler and a tasty looking dessert. In front of the treat sits a chocolate that reads “Happy Birthday.”
She then turns the camera to show “Blakey,” who is grinning from ear to ear.
During the early birthday celebration, Stefani also shared a selfie of the couple. They both looked like they were really enjoying the party.
