Bear Hands Reveal Details of Fourth Studio Album, ‘Fake Tunes’

Bear Hands are back with a brand new studio album. The fourth studio album, Fake Tunes, drops May 10 via Spensive Sounds. The record is a “deep dive into a twisted modern era, paranoid yet hopeful, celebrity obsessed and introspective, an unmistakable sign of troubled times.”

Fake Tunes is an evolution for the band. For this album, they left the tri-state area to write and record in sunny LA. They relied on new relationships with producer Christopher Chu of POP ETC and artist Ursula Rose to also aide in the making of this record. It’s been called their best to date.

The album is now available for pre-order with three tracks available now. “Back Seat Driver (Spirit Guide)” is one of the songs that is available now and it’s a song about “free will.” Bear Hands also just premiered the music video for their new single, “Blue Lips” (feat Ursula Rose). Watch it below.

In addition to the new record, Bear Hands will also hit the road to support twenty one pilots on tour. Full tour dates are available here but, unfortunately, Nashville is not on the list.
