Barcelona Wine Bar is launching a free wine education series with Wine.com. Together, they’ll bring Spanish wine education to your living room.
The education series starts on April 28, when they’ll release Iconic Red Wines of Spain. That class will focus on Rioja, Bierzo, Ribera Del Duero and Priorat wines. Gretchen Thomas, VP of Food & Beverage Innovations for Barcelona Wine Bar, and Emily Nevin-Giannini, Barcelona’s Beverage Director, will teach this particular course.
If you’d like to taste them as they do, you can call Barcelona Wine Bar to pick up wines. There are some available from each of these regions. There are also bundles of these wines available from Wine.com. The bundles are $89.99.
In the near future, Barcelona Wine Bar will have more classes available. They’ll also have White Wines of Spain, Spanish Day Drinking and Exploring Rioja. Find out more about any of these courses here.
