The following is from a press release:
Assembly Food Hall is launching their seasonal spring drink menu today! Below is the new cocktail line-up being offered at Assembly Food Hall’s five themed bars.
HOMEGROWN – Our Fun, Friendly Neighborhood Bar Located in the North Hall
· Hugo Spritz – The St Germain Hugo Spritz is the Italian cousin of the classic St Germain Spritz. The addition of fresh mint and lime brings bright and zesty aromas to this refreshing-tasting elderflower cocktail.
· Dragon Fruit Lemonade -Dragon Fruit continues to ascend in popularity as a fruit and flavor option. The striking color of the syrup is paired with vodka and a nice dry sparkling lemonade.
· Honeydew Cooler – Summery and light, honeydew promises cooling refreshment on a hot summer day. We make our puree in house with fresh melon, coconut water, and a touch of honey. Fever Tree’s Lime & Yuzu soda helps bring some effervescence alongside a touch of citrus.
· Ocean Water Martini – Inspired by childhood memories of slushies from the fast-food drive-thru, this cocktail finishes lively yet smooth with berry notes and eye-catching colors.
SINGLE BARREL – Our Spirit-Forward Bourbon Bar Located in the South Hall
· Garden & Iron -One of the most anticipated whiskey releases of the year is The Traveller, Chris Stapleton’s blended whiskey made in conjunction with Buffalo Trace. We add some classic southern summertime flavors and turn the drink into an Arnold Palmer for grown-ups.
· Rye Boulevardier – Brash, spirit forward, and dry. A big-bodied drink for guests who wish to experience the full flavors of these spirits unmuted from the bottle. Pairs well with rich dishes to reset the palate between bites.
· Southern Bird – A warm weather riff on a Jungle Bird, the bourbon base is layered with a few types of tropical notes and anchored by a backbone of Campari. The oleo saccharum adds some citrus richness and the saline helps draw out some sweetness while tempering it at the same time.
AGAVE MARIA – Our Funky Tequila Bar Located in the South Hall
· Flamingo Flair Margarita – This is the first of our seasonal margaritas for the summer season. Inspired by flavors commonly found in Mexican agua frescas, hibiscus and prickly pear provide bright and tart flavor notes.
· Salted Watermelon Margarita -The second of our seasonal margarita series. Salting and squeezing limes over watermelon slices draws out their sweetness.
· Roasted Pineapple Sage Margarita – Third of our margarita series. Fruit forward and bright, with some caramel notes on the finish and a hint of herbal complexity from the sage.
BLUSH BAR – Our Fun, Flirty Wine and Cocktail Bar Located in the North Hall
· Mai Tai -A tiki classic, with a proper build of a split base of Jamaican and rhum Agricole that is dressed up for the summer with the addition of strawberry syrup. The rhubarb liqueur helps with layering the fruitiness of the cocktail while amplifying some of the funkier vegetal notes of the Rhum Clement.
· Parasail – Rum, banana, pineapple, and hazelnut all blend together for a smooth, easy drink. Inspired by a vacation daiquiri.
ONE MORE COCKTAIL CLUB – Our Elegant Speakeasy Located on Assembly Food Hall’s 3rd Floor
· Blue Skies, White Clouds – A proper gin sour riff, adjusted for the season. Packed with bright fruit notes, the egg white foam serves to create a striking-looking drink that drinks smoothly.
· Not Your Father’s Old Fashioned – Inviting and approachable spin on a seasonal Old Fashioned. Peaches + Buffalo Trace should be an easy winner for bourbon enthusiasts.
· Gimme One More – An elevated peach cucumber gimlet. A bouquet of seasonal botanicals bolstered by the Strega and paired with some nice acidity.
· Origins – A sake-based mojito that embraces the low ABV trend of current cocktails. A backdrop of dry-bodied sake plays harmoniously with notes of ginger and mint.
· Broadway Berry – Crushable combination of fresh fruit, vodka, and lemon. Pairs well with patio hangs, summer sandals, and live music.
