Alabama Set to Release Holiday Album, ‘American Christmas’

The legendary country group, Alabama, is gearing up to release, American Christmas, their first Christmas album in 21 years.

The Grammy-winning band are releasing the new holiday album on Oct. 6 via BMG. It’ll include holiday favorites like, “Away In A Manger,” “Go Tell It On The Mountain,” “Silent Night” and “Jingle Bells.” You’ll also find an updated version of their holiday classic, “Christmas in Dixie,” which is now 35 years old. There will also be four brand-new tracks from Alabama. There’ll be something for everyone on American Christmas.

“To all our fans: Christmas is a special time for Alabama. We hope it is for you. From our hearts to you, we give you this Christmas gift. Thank you for the love and support, all these years,” the band says. “Merry Christmas!”
