The nominees for the 60th Annual CMA Awards will be announced Thursday, Sept. 10, officially kicking off the countdown to this year’s Country Music Biggest Night.
The announcement will unfold across two broadcasts, beginning with a selection of categories revealed by Lara Spencer on ABC’s Good Morning America in New York City. The remaining categories will be announced from Nashville during a livestream hosted by country artist Lee Ann Womack and American Idol Season 24 winner Hannah Harper. The livestream begins at 8 AM CT on the CMA’s official YouTube channel.
The nominations recognize artists, songwriters, producers, musicians, mix engineers and video directors whose work has made an impact on country music over the past year. Nominees are selected through voting by the Country Music Association’s professional membership.
The 60th Annual CMA Awards will take place Wednesday, Nov. 18, at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena and will air live on ABC and Disney+, with the broadcast available on Hulu the following day.
For fans who want to attend in person, tickets go on sale Friday, Sept. 18, at 10 AM CT.
